Credit purchases

HandwrittenToPDF sells conversion credits on a pay-as-you-go basis. Because credits unlock a digital service that is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.

Refund eligibility

If you experience a technical failure that prevents conversion and our team cannot resolve it, you may request a refund of the affected, unused credits within 7 days of purchase by emailing [support@handwrittentopdf.com] with your payment reference.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

Since this is a pay-as-you-go product with no recurring subscription, there is nothing to cancel. Unused credits simply remain in your account.
