Information we collect

Account information (email address) when you sign up. Images you upload for conversion, which are processed only to generate your document. Payment metadata (order and payment identifiers) processed by our payment partner, Razorpay — we do not store your card details.

How we use images you upload

Uploaded images are sent to our AI/OCR providers solely to produce your converted PDF. We do not use your content to train models. Images are not retained longer than necessary to complete the conversion.

Third-party services

We rely on Supabase (authentication & database), Razorpay (payments), and a third-party AI provider for transcription. Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We can name our current AI sub-processor on request — email us at [support@handwrittentopdf.com].

Data retention & your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing us. We retain payment records as required by law.
